Joelie Hernandez Pacheco has been in the insurance industry for almost 3 years. She recently found her love for it and is very enthusiastic about growing and learning more with the All Insurance family as a Customer Service Representative. She brings quite the skills set to the team as she is trilingual (Spanish, English & French). So language is not a barrier to her and will gladly help out those in need of translation and make sure everyone is well taken care of.
She was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University and traded the tropical life for the southern life back in 2017 along with her husband. Her family just expanded with a sweet little girl so on her free time Joelie is all about her. She will make sure to pass along her love for Korean culture, languages, Star Wars and food (She is always hungry!).
